In celebration of longtime IBN member, President, friend and fisherman Ralph Sweat, The IBN will be hosting the annual Ralph Sweat Memorial Scholarship Tournament on May 2nd at 5:30am on the Des Plaines River out of Big Basin. This is a buddy format, 2-man team tournament benefiting youth scholarships. All proceeds will be reserved for this scholarship fund.

Applications for the scholarship will be made available, by request, on July 1st. Entries are due no later than August 1st.
