This past Sunday The IBN held its’ annual Make A Wish raffle at Big Basin. The winning ticket pulled belonged to Michelle Ballard of Bloomington. Michelle bought her ticket from the Champaign Urbana Bass Club.
Second place went to Heather Sauder from the Naperville area. Heather purchased her ticket from the Illinois Bass Anglers club.
Third place went to Sylvia Kochanski of Plainfield/Naperville. Sylvia’s ticket was purchased from the Prairie State Bassmasters.
