Saturday the IBN held our Angler of the Year tournament, which pairs the top boater and co-angler from each of our adult clubs in a random draw format for a winner take all spot on the Illinois State Team.
Steady rains made for a soggy day on the lake, but our competitors still came through. On the Boater side, Frank Ramsey earned a spot with a bag of 8.07lbs. On the Non-boater side, Bill Skowronski earned a divisional spot with a bag of 5.01lbs.
Congratulations to Frank and Bill, and we look forward to seeing what you can do on Team Illinois!
